How to exclude service accounts while reassigning Access reviews

Hello Team,

While reassigning the certification in IDN we don’t want to reassign it to Service accounts.

How to exclude Service accounts from Reassign Drop Down ?

I appreciate help .

Hi Prasad,

We can check if setting some specific lifecyclestate helps it or not like inactive-short term/inactive-long term.
I dont think there is a separate filter to block this.

Hi,
By default the work reassignment dropdown does include all identities present in the tenant. I do not think Sailpoint exposes any configuration yet that allows filtering of this kind.

Maybe an idea for enhancement? it would be good to be able to apply a filter centrally for this feature.
