Can someone provide me clear steps on how to Enable Update Service on an existing IQ Service server which is already running on TLS port? The documentations

First you need to update to the latest version. This may require you to uninstall, download and reinstall IQ Service. Then you will use the IQService.ex -i -z "tcp://<host>:<port>" command to install the Update Service.

Hello,

We actually upgraded IQ Service Manually rather than waiting for UpdateService as the UpdateService was having some issues/cuorrptions as confirmed by SailPoint.

Therefore, as temporary approach, we will fallback to Manual Upgrade and we are going to install IQ Service from the start using a new IQ Service Machine and during installation itself, we will enable the update service as well. We will be using May-2025 version of IQ Service.
