How to disable the account aggregation for delimited file source in production

Hi Team,
We are using file upload utility command to upload the csv file from file server to Sailpoint. As the file upload utility will upload the file and starts the aggregation .we wanted to disable the aggregation in delimited file source. Can you please help in what is the process for disabling the account aggregation temporarily.if we remove the fileupload utility command will it be stopping the aggregation?

if you dont want to aggregate the delimited file source, then dont upload the file.

how to disable the utility command.We have .text file that conains file upload utility command.Should i remove that file from that location?
