How to create a new section and new fields in an existing form through workflow

I need to add a new section and inside that section need to fields with name, template, etc in an existing form. Anyone knows how to do that

Hi. It would be helpful if you provided us with some more details.

Is this an OOTB or custom form you created? If this is a custom form, could you provide it along with what you are trying to accomplish?

There’s examples of different forms in the documentation: Workflow Form as well as in your installation.

I’m sure if you gave some more guidance you could get some help.
