How to add pop up window in LCM Create and Update workflow

Hi All,

We are working on Edit Identity Form, it has status field which has values Active, InActive and Disable.
If status attribute will change from Active to Inactive we need to show pop up confirmation message like User will remove with all the entitlements.
May I know how can I do that in LCM Create and Update workflow.
