How are forms triggered in IdentityNow ? When does a form appears to a user ?

You have to use workflows to trigger the forms.

Let’s say that a given department is entitled to an iPad. That department can elect to fulfill the iPad request but don’t want the request to come through if someone already has their own iPad or doesn’t want one, or the manager chooses who gets the access. Meaning HR based data wouldn’t trigger the request to kick off the workflow because even they may be in a department or have a job code that would entitle them, a manager would be the one to initiate the request.

Manager sees the need ==> Manager needs form to fill out to submit access, how do you manually trigger the access?
