I’m currently setting up MFA for password reset in SailPoint IdentityNow. While I’m able to receive the verification code via email without any issues, I’m having trouble receiving the code via phone. I’ve tried the following telephone number formats, but I’m not receiving any SMS or calls:
- 000-000-0000
- (000) 000-0000
Can anyone advise what the correct phone number format should be for MFA in this scenario? Is there a specific format that IdentityNow expects for phone-based authentication?
