We created a custom attribute and schema in Google, and are provisioning the Manager Name from IDN to that custom attribute in Google on Account Create. However, we notice in the Google logs that for each user in SailPoint with a Google account, there are two entries:
- "[Custom attribute] changed for [user] from: “” to “WORK:[Manager ID]”
- "[Custom attribute] changed for [user] from “WORK:[Manager ID]” to “field deleted”
The value is then null in the schema. This repeats daily for all users with a Google account.
Any thoughts as to what could be happening here? We have other custom attributes that SailPoint is provisioning to Google without any issue.
