Granular permissions in ISC?

Hi! Besides user-level permissions, is there some workaround to allow identities to do specific things and prohibit them from doing some others?

from documentation you can assign the profile set on this page:

only Access Intelligence and Cloud Governance Services have sub-levels of permission.

What I am looking is a way to perform more granular permissions that these preset ones that comes OOTB.

Client has several levels of Help Desk, monitor team, report team, and so on, that these levels does not attend their demand.

For example, having the help desk functionality applied to some set of users, depending on region, department, company, etc.

Hi @jsosa,

I don’t think IDN offers any such granularity. Came across a popular, similiar idea in the ideas portal.
