Get details from employee and onboard in ISC

Hi all , i am currently working on a scenario where we should get details from new employees and onboard them in ISC . Can you let me know is there any way to achieve it .

If you have authoritative source, then perform account aggregation to get new employee records. if not, you may create authoritative source and create identity profile, in that map required attributes, then add correlation configuration in source, then perform account aggregation to fetch all the employee records from your HRMS or authoritative source to onboard in ISC.

@erlingjoseph7 - Could you be specific with your requirement.
How are you receiving the employee’s information, is it coming via some flat file or some other application, depending upon the application, you need to create appropriate source to onboard the users in ISC.

ISC is not designed to “directly” on-board an employee. You need an authoritative source (usually HR) where an employee is onboarded and then pulled into ISC to create a new identity

You cannot directly onboard an employee into ISC . Depending upon the application type create a source for it and via that you will be able to onboard the employees . This is a high level explanation on onboarding employees

Could you please be more specific with the requirements. This use case can’t be handled in ISC without onboarding authoritative source.
