How can we extract the XML dump for workday users? I need this to setup the xpath for missing attributes.
Can anyone share which GET API is used to get the worker data in Workday?

It uses the Human Resources Get Workers API. The Workday connector doc has some information about the endpoint URL and required permissions, etc. Connection Settings
