Get-ADDomainController is not recognized

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Version 8.2

Share all details related to your problem, including any error messages you may have received.

When running a refresh identity cube, I am seeing the below error on some identities.

Errors returned from IQService. “The term ‘Get-ADDomainController’ is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.”

Does anyone know what this means and how to remediate it?

Do you have the AD module installed on your IIQ Service Server configured in AD application? If not get it installed

On your IQService windows server, make sure you have install Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT), which includes the AD powershell module needed for IQService.
