Perform the following steps in Salesforce to generate the refresh token:

In Salesforce, create a New Connected App.

It would be really helpful in Step 1, where it says “create a connected app” if it said what permissions/checkboxes are needed in that connected app in order for ISC setup to work

I found I needed to check the boxes for “Require Secret for Web Server Flow” and “Require Secret for Refresh Token Flow”
