Hi Community,

I want to know if it is possible that through an account or group aggregation task, the parameters “Detect deleted accounts/groups” + “Maximum deleted accounts/ groups” can be used, so that in case the maximum number of deleted objects is reached, the task is paused and an approval flow is generated so that if it is approved, the task continues to run and process the deletion of accounts or groups, but if denied, it stops the execution process of the aggregation task?

I understand that the behavior with these parameters is that the aggregation continues but no further deletions of accounts or groups are performed in IIQ when the threshold is reached.

Thanks in advance!

I believe this is possible through custom Workflow, but this needs extensive development.

Workflow steps should launch the tasks, custom approvals, maybe read the data before launching actual aggregation task.

There is nothing impossible in IIQ, with its extensive features and highly flexible object model.
