Hello Team,

Recently, we have noticed that in our system duplicate IDs are getting created when aggregation task for authoritative application is getting executed. There is some new format set in creation rule of the application for the IDs that will get created. But, the duplicate IDs that are getting created in the system is following the old format which we was been used earlier.
Can anyone please help with, what can be the possible reason or resolution for this issue?

Hello,

Are you calculating the new Identity Attribute in Sailpoint? If yes you should format the identities who has the old format first.

You need to look into the Correlation logic and also the schema attribute ( idenityAttribute and display attribute) to identity the issue .

Do you want to share some data to understand this better .

As per my understanding multiple users can’t have same user name IIQ.
When you say duplicate IDs, what is the attribute which is same for the IDs?

Hello,

If do you changed the Identity Attribute previosly and has changed the transformation script you need to update the olds one before run another aggregation. That is your context actually?
