I already tried adding for both the application as well as the target collector but nothing works.
Even i tried changing the page size = 20.

Any suggestion will be great Help!!

Can you please share more details about what type of connector are you using ootb or scim based connector?

Few things to check

1. Is the test connection working ?

2. Are there any timeout parameters present in application configuration,can you increase timeout ?

3. if the reading of groups can be tested via postman check if you are sble to read tge groups successfully or not

OOTB Priviledged Account Management type connector we are using
yes the test connection is working
No i dont see any other timeout defined in the xml
sure let me test the groups
