We are looking to use Freshservice to integrate with ISC using Generic SDIM connector for some manual provisioning and laptop/PC provisioning .
The laptop and hardware stuffs are considered with workflow which is pretty simple.
My question is around Generic SDIM:
In Ticket creation section what should be the configuration so that ISC understands that when the entitlement is provisioned based on criteria to any identity - this entitlement is to provision access to application so lets create a ticket with this particular JSON body?
