Hello Team,

The project I’m currently working on has a requirement. Specifically, a user (the sender) configures forwarding to another user (the receiver) via IIQ Preferences → Forwarding User. The customer would like the sender to receive an email notification whenever the receiver takes an action—either approving or denying. It seems the customer mixes the forwarding vs. delegate.

I’m wondering if this functionality can be supported. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
