Has anyone else experienced the Forms Quick-Launch forms widget disappearing today? It was present last week, but when our team went to launch a form, but the Widget is missing. It is not in the Customize list either. I see the checkbox in the Forms, and the Forms are still configured for it.
Here is the original announcement:
SailPoint is excited to announce that the Forms widget is now available within the MySailPoint home page. Using the Forms widget, you can create, view, and edit forms, and launch up to 10 forms directly from the home page without the use of a workflow.
To enable a form for the widget, you must select the “Add to MySailPoint” check box in the Details section of a form.

it looks like it was mistakenly removed on Friday but will be added back shortly!

Thank you so much for raising this. It appears a team was doing some feature flag cleanup on Friday and mistakenly removed the flags for the forms widget. I’m working with them to restore functionality asap.
I’ll post again here once it’s resolved in the next little while.
