We are trying to format a form notification body within a workflow.
We enter our text and add new lines so as to format the email the user will receive shown here:
What we are noticing is that none of the spacing/new lines we added are being reflected in the final email we receive during testing.
The input steps for the form shows the addition of “\n” new line characters here:
When we see it in our mailbox it is just one large wall of text shown here:
Is there a way to ensure the proper spacing/formatting for these emails?
