Flat File source config where Entitlements are listed with yes no values

Good Morning all,

I am working on setting up a flat file source. The export of user data comes to me with the Entitlements/Permissions as Yes/No values. When I set up the account schema and listed all these values as Entitlements when viewing them on the user account record it is showing Yes or No for the Entitlement Name.

How can I get the headers to view as the entitlement name and only display on the record when the value is set to yes?

Hi @mpotti,

I think you will need to create an Entitlement Type schema and map the entitlement name as one of the fields:

For this to work you will need to run a Entitlement Aggregation.

I gave that a go and I ended up with the same results.

Hi @mpotti ,

I understand that you have multiple entitlements with the same values Yes/No which I agree that it doesn’t give a good view when we look at it.

I would suggest you update the displayname of entitlements. You can do that in the entitlement screen. You can download the existing entitlements in csv. Update the displayname for the fields, say SystemAdmin: Yes and SystemAdmin: No for the Yes and No entitlements of type System Admin.

Forgot to attach the screenshot, At this page, you can download and update your displayNames and upload back to reflect.

Please note, you can only update the existing values, the upload do not allow to add new entitlements.

Thank you I will give this a try and let you know the results.
