FilterString Applied to Entitlement Aggregation

Hi Team,

We have configured an OOTB connector ( Atlassian Suite - Server) and added a filterString to pull specific accounts from the source. The filterString works for account aggregation, but I am not able to pull the entitlements from the source. Does the filterString apply to entitlement aggregation as well?
Can someone please help me with this?

Thanks in Advance!!

Hello @kp071,

I am asking around internally to see if anyone knows the answer to your question. However, this particular question sounds like a good candidate for Customer Support to solve as it could be specific to your environment. You might try opening a support ticket at support.sailpoint.com. If you do get an answer from support, we would love to see it in this thread.

@kp071 Use account.filterString to do just accounts filtering. I have updated the doc to reflect the same

Different Filters for Different Objects - The filterString applies to all objects which are aggregated. If you want to get more specific to accounts or groups which are filtered, you can use account.filterString or group.filterString to denote specific filters for those particular objects. This document assumes filterString bu you can also use the others as well.

Account aggregation only aggregates entitlement which are assigned to account and not all. If you want to aggregate entitlements please run entitlement aggregation which would get all entitlements or more specifically called groups.
