Hello,

We are experiencing a scenario where the expire passwords event gets triggered automatically for Active Directory users even though there is no specific events set up in the lifecycle events module. We have integrated the Identity Governance for ServiceNow connector with IIQ. This is causing provisioning events to be triggered to this connector and causing SNOW tickets to be opened for expire password.

Has anyone faced this before? We would like to disable this feature if there is an option

Thanks
Siddharth

For me it looks like you have deployed Password Expiration Reminder from SSD

check this one.

Hey Kamil,

Thanks for your response.
No, we do not have SSD deployed in our systems. The scenario is - It does not send out password expiration reminders instead it triggers a provisioning event for setting a new password as highlighted in the screenshot.

Hi @siddharth931

Looks like when user try to login with expired password then it kicked your Manage Password workflow.

check in System Configuration with Password. there should be one configiguration that was. will check from my end if you haven’t found.

Thanks,
Pravin
