Excluding the entitlement from Remove access page

Is there a way where we exclude few entitlements from Remove Access Page?

In IdentityIQ 8.1 a new Quicklink population configuration setting (“What can members remove?”) permits using a RequestObjectSelector rule to control what users can view and remove on the Remove Access tab, when managing user access.

Thats great! Thanks for the response. We are on 8.0 p4. Do we know any workarounds to implement the same ?
