Hi All,

Can we configure eSignature in Identitynow for Approvals or Access Certifications?
It is supported in IIQ but did not get any documentation. Has anyone implemented it?

Do you mean by eSignature an ability for approver to approved the access / certification request by sign ?

IdentityNow / ISC does not support that. It’s possible only to require comments when approved request.

Hi Arjun,

I don’t think the E-Signature option is available in SailPoint IDN. But this was promoted as an idea and it’s planned for development by the SailPoint product team, you can find more details about this using the link below.
