Errors in Unoptimized partitioned AD account aggregation

We are getting below errors with AD partitioned unoptimized account aggregation.

javax.persistence.TransactionRequiredException: Executing an update/delete query

This was called out as product bug with IIQ 8.4 in some compass threads and we have added the workaround fix by adding below entry in the taskdefinition:

<entry key=“maxConnectionAge” value=“1000000”/>

But we are still getting the same error. Even with value 10000000, getting same error.

Are there any fix to this issue?

can you check your java options and make sure you have the ldap recommendation timeout settings ?

example :

-Dcom.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool.timeout=3000

-Dcom.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool.protocol=“plain ssl”

-Dcom.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool.authentication=“none simple DIGEST-MD5”
