Error for Segments Feature

Hello Everyone!

I am facing an issue on my IDN tenant with Segments feature.

I’m trying to open the “Access > Segments” tab in my IdentityNow tenant but it is prompting me with the below error:

Also, when I try to get the list of segments using “List Segment” REST API, I’m getting 500 response from the API as below:

Can someone please help me with this?

I suggest opening a support ticket for this issue. The error codes you are receiving suggest this is something wrong on our end, but our support team may need to work with you to resolve the issue.
