Data Segmentation - Error while Configuring

Hello All,

While creating a new data segment, I am getting below error.

I am using a demo tenant.

Hi @swapnasarit!

This appears to be a generic error that typically resolves after a few attempts. I’ve noticed the same issue on my demo tenant as well, so it’s likely a server-related problem. Please give it some time. Additionally, kindly check the following:

  • Ensure Data Segmentation is enabled globally (Global Settings → System Features → Data Segmentation).
  • Confirm that there is no other Data Segment configured with the same name.
