Hello, the employee received the following error when changing the password, I wanted to know if you have already encountered this error and why does it occur?
The Active Directory connector will report errors back to ISC if a password change fails. The password submitted to ISC met the ISC password requirements but did not meet those for AD. This could be simply have occurred because the employee is trying to reuse a password that they have used previously and is within the password history limits for AD.

The error displayed to the employee occurred when we sent an email to reset the password in identity / Actions / Reset password. The IDN generates the link with a Token, and the collaborator can click on the Hyperlink, or copy the URL address from the body and paste it into the address bar.
The error only occurs on the user’s screen.
