Equivalent to CC loadAccounts api call?

As per the latest update, the loadAccounts API is supported until June 14, 2024 and the replacement API is expected to be available by mid March.

Here is the thread on the specific API which you can follow :

After gathering feedback and evaluating options, SailPoint will be allocating additional resources to extend support for POST /api/source/loadAccounts until June 14, 2024. A public replacement endpoint is in progress and expected to be available in mid-March (IDNARSENAL-16687).
