Epic SER connector - SER Create error

We are trying to implement the Epic SER connector. We did the build in Epic and created the source in ISC. The source test’s successful and we are reading in existing SER and correlating correctly. When we try and create an SER we are getting the following error.

[“sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: HTTP Execution failed with error code 404 and error message: http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd\”>\n xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">\n\n http-equiv=\“Content-Type\” content=\“text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\”/>\n404 - File or directory not found.\n

It is really not clear what file or directory it’s looking for. Does anyone have an ideas?

Try with simple request 1st.

Can you please confirm that you have configured all the Connection Settings including the REST API Settings.

If possible, please share the screenshot of the your configuration page.
