Entra ID connector: Aggregation failure

For IIQ 8.2, I have set up a connector for Azure Active Directory. I initially received this error message upon aggregation:

Exception during aggregation of Object Type account on Application Entra connector. Reason: unable to create iterator sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred in Iterate Objects - populateRiskyUserDetails. Error message - Exception occurred in processReadRequest. Error - Exception occurred while trying to receive data from Server. Number of retries exceeded. Your tenant is not licensed for this feature.

Following advice on other forums, I deleted the following risk attributes:

riskLevel
riskState
riskDetail
riskLastUpdatedDateTime

I deleted these one at a time, still receiving the same error, until I deleted the last one. Now I receive a new NullPointerException error:

Any guidance on resolving this exception would be much appreciated.

Does this mean anything in the error: Your tenant is not licensed for this feature.

I was getting that error before, but since removing the risk attributes now I’m getting the second error. I don’t get the licensing error currently.
