Hi All,

While running the Azure AD aggregation i have encountered the below error message. how we fix that.

Exception during aggregation of Object Type account on Application Azure Active Directory. Reason: Unable to create iterator sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred in Iterate Objects - populateRiskyUsersDetails. Error message - Exception occurred in processReadRequest. Error - Exception occurred while trying to receive data from Server. Number of retries exceeded.You cannot perform the requested operation, required scopes are missing in the token.

Hi @,

you dont have the permission to read the Riscy attributes of account. Delete those attribute to the account schema.

you have 2 choice: you can ask to assign the permission to read the Risky User Alert or you can delete those attributes:

Dear Shubham,

I also faced the same issue, and it was due to missing permission for risky attributes.

Resolution 1: Assign permission
Resolution 2: Remove Risky attributes from schema.
