Entra ID Attribute Sync Failure with Error Code 400 Despite Multiple Attempts

Hello Community,

I have been consistently encountering an issue during attribute synchronization from our source to SailPoint IdentityNow. Despite multiple attempts, the sync continues to fail with the following error message:

["[ConnectorError] AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400 (requestId: 57100639-d949-4afd-9f0b-96ed4b96634f)"]

To isolate the root cause, I have already limited the synchronization to a single attribute, but the same error persists.

Has anyone come across a similar issue? Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this would be highly appreciated.

It seems EntraID rejected request, have you captured logs? also check any info have blank. because while sync empty string also gives 400. Also check a guest accounts have department, costcenter etc attrubutes, beacuse these attributes supports to members not for guest

I Checked the attribute value and it’s not null.
I did not get your point on department attribute doesn’t support for guest users; can you please elaborate on the same.
