Entra ID Aggregation Failing with 404 Not Found Error

Hi Community,

We’re facing an issue while aggregating accounts from our Entra ID source in SailPoint IdentityNow. The aggregation fails with a 404 error, as shown below:

  • Status: Error
  • Started: 05/02/2025 12:30:26 PM
  • Completed: 05/02/2025 12:41:50 PM
  • Duration: 11 minutes
  • Accounts Scanned: 477
  • Optimization: Enabled
  • Error Message:
    [ConnectorError] 404 Not found error occurred while fetching page during aggregation (crequestid: 4002-abe6-5197c3ea8412)

Aggregation for other sources is working fine.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.

We are encountering an error when delta aggregation is enabled; however, the aggregation completes successfully when delta is disabled. We would like to understand the reason behind the issue occurring specifically with delta aggregation.

Did you try updating the timeout values . Check below link

Supported Features

The Microsoft Entra ID (VA) connector has some Supported Features that are not yet available in the Microsoft Entra SaaS connector.

At this time, Microsoft Entra SaaS does not support:

  • Aggregation Partitioning

I’m not sure if delta aggregation requires partitioning or whether you’re using the SaaS connector.
