Entitlement Owner missing in Campaign Access Items

Hi,

I can see the entitlements having the owners. But when I stage the campaign for these entitlements, I dont see the owner details.

I’m using the below endpoint to view access-review-items. The output response should have all the information including the entitlement and entitlement owner. But currently it is gives owner as null.

Could someone please help me why the entitlement owner details are not coming in the campaign access review items.

I could see the owners when i pull that entitlement separately. but i’m not able to see in the campaign.

Could you please help in checking this.

I have also noticed that even after updating the ownership for entitlements, when I run the following search query in UI, I’m not see the list of entitlements. It only shows the roles and accessprofiles that has owners.

QUERY => owner.name:*

Did you try an entitlement aggregation after updating owner ? Refer this post Entitlement Ownership : Search and Updates - IdentityNow (IDN) / Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community Forum

Yes, I tried Entitlement aggregation several times, But still doesn’t appear in search query and campaigns.
