we need to launch an entitlement owner certification where we don’t want to send any notifications. There are some entitlements which are reassigned using pre-delegation rule to a workgroup. When we activate the certification, all the members in the workgroup are getting the notification which follows the reassignment template. We need to block this notification as well. How can this be achieved.
