Hello, we have launched an entitlement owner certification which is doing 2 weird things.

  1. If a access is revoked, its copying the manager in CC and not the certifier when it sends the mail to the user
  2. Reminder notifications are going to entitlement owner’s line manager as well

Any lead what’s missed in configuration or what needs to be done to stop this.

Check the notification settings for revocations. It may be set to CC the manager instead of the certifier. Are there any rules defined in these settings ?

Similar to CC settings, reminder notifications might be configured to go to the entitlement owner’s line manager. Review the reminder notification settings and adjust them.

Set some debug loggers to see what values are there for notification settings.

Hello, in the certification notification tab, i don’t see an option to see who can be set as CC, could you share where i need to check this ?

Can you share your certification definition xml, this should help to identify this and also any phase change rule if have custom notifications also needs to be checked
