No, description is an empty.

If descriptions already exist in the target source, try running the Account Group Aggregation with this option selected

Then it will show actual description value

SailPoint will use entitlement values as description values by default if descriptions are not available. That’s why this option exists in the Account Group Aggregation. So, when descriptions are available, you need to use that option to ensure the correct values are picked up.
