Description
Within Workflows, the Form action sends an email prompting the recipient to complete a form. Until now, the fields included in this notification have primarily been limited to plain text.
This release adds a rich text editor so you can format those messages more like an email: bold, lists, emphasis, etc.
What You Need to Know
- Existing workflows keep working. Form steps you already use are not removed or broken.
- You will see a visual change in the admin UI for some existing Form messages.
Problem
Plain text fields make it more difficult to format emails in the Form tile and users want the ability to use dynamic content.
Solution
The notification body (and related messaging in the Form step) now uses a rich text editor similar to composing email in other tools. You can structure the message and keep variable placeholders as you do today.
