Endpoint URL cannot be empty error in IdentityNow

Hi all,

I am running into an error for a web services connector when running any of my endpoints (aggregations or test connection). The error I get is java.lang.RuntimeException: Endpoint URL cannot be empty.

The kicker is that previous aggregations worked and I saw accounts loaded into IdentityNow, but now there are no accounts loaded and the error message appears instead of a successful aggregation.

The endpoint URLs are unchanged from previously and the same calls work in Postman. I have already pulled debug logs from the ccg.log file and they are not a ton of help.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I could not find a lot of discussion about this problem online already.

How is your test connection configured? Can you share screenshots if they don’t contain sensitive info?

I also recommend opening a support ticket. If this was working previously and you didn’t change anything, then it sounds like an issue deeper in the product that support would be better equipped to troubleshoot.
