Encryption Key not Registering

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

I have added a new key to the iiq keystore and verified the passwords within SailPoint correspond with the key entriy. Ex: All my passwords start with 3: and that is the key I recently added.
All services have been restarted and I still get the below error:

[ InvalidConfigurationException ] [ Possible suggestions ] Ensure that the IQService version matches the IdentityIQ server version, including the patch version. [ Error details ] Given final block not properly padded. Such issues can arise if a bad key is used during decryption.

I did verify that the IQService is on the same version of the IIQ version.
