[We would like to add a distribution list as the Email recipient for all Email Task Alerts instead of adding individual IIQ profiles. The distribution list is not associated with an IIQ profile, can this be done?]

You can create a workgroup with the DL list and use that workgroup as the email recipients in the task notification.
