I have an application support team that asked, when IIQ provisions a target entitlement and/or role can a notification and/or work-item be sent to the team that needs to do an additional step within their application for a user to completely be able to access the target system.

For example: User needs access to application ABC {which is not connected to IIQ. For application ABC access is 2 parts:

  1. An Active Directory group that grants access mapped to a roll-based access defined within application ABC which would be requested/provisioned by IIQ
  2. Application ABC support team has to manually enter information locally within the tool.
