Hi All, we are facing an issue in all our environments where duplicate account links are getting created in IIQ for our Auth source randomly which is causing issues in the environment like triggering lifecycle events.
The links that are created only has IIQ Disabled and IIQLocked, not other attributes.
We have noticed that one way this is happening is when we update any identity via Manage Account, for example we disable any account, right after clicking the submit button the duplicate link appears. We have tested with selecting OOTB workflow “LCM Provisioning” and still the issue is happening.
We have also found few other identities where no Manage account operation was done but they still have a duplicate Account link.
You know what I have seen this issue happen in previous version too, and it used to be happening every now and then. I don’t recall the exact fix, but it has to do with multiple tabs being opened, causing the same link to be added.
@verma14 what is your correlation mapping ? Also in configuration, what’s your identity Attribute and Display Attribute value ? you might have some configuration issue that i am suspecting.
Might be a bug that’s been outstanding for many years. You can try adding externalHandlerSeparateThread to the task definition with a value of false.
