Does Workflow HTTP REQUEST uses Virtual Appliance?

Hey all…
I’m working on a workflow that needs communicate with my non-public API… When setting a source using the same API I’ve connection, and all worked… but now on Workflow my HTTP request is getting timeout… Can I tell to workflow HTTP Request use the virtual appliance?

Hi @leonardo_lsilva,

Currently Workflow don’t have the ability to make request to your Intranet since workflow HTTP Requests are not made through VA. SailPoint infrastructure uses dynamic IP addresses to make requests through workflow.

You can submit an idea for VA based workflow connectivity.
