Continuing the discussion from DocuSign integration

Hi,

We have target application DocuSign where there are multiple organizational accounts. Users can have access to multiple organizational accounts with permission profiles.

We are trying to use ootb Docusign e-signature connector in ISC. We have observed that based on the account id used in connection settings on source, users are created in that default account. We were thinking of creating multiple sources based on organizational accounts .

When we checked with application team today, they said they don’t see an option to create userid and account id for other organizational accounts. If that’s the case , how can we integrate DocuSign with ISC here?

Fairly certain the OOTB DocuSign connector only adds users to the default organization.

We ended up creating a custom SaaS connector, as the OOTB connector didn’t give us much flexibility in managing DocuSign accounts.

DocuSign’s user management API is decent. UserManagement Category | Admin API | Docusign
