I was working on integrating the docuSign application to IDN.
I was able to successfully integrate and aggregate users from DocuSign and correlate them to IDN identities using email as the correlation attribute.
The only issue is the connector is not able to correlate the main docuSign administrator account even though that user account also has an email value set to match some identity in IDN itself.
I am having the same behavior with my integration as well. I tried requesting an entitlement to my IDN account, but post provisioning I observed this strange behavior. I can see two accounts under the accounts tab in the source, under my name one correlated and another uncorrelated. The kick is that both accounts have the same account ID.
