When we trigger offboarding LCS, it was configured to disable all accounts this identity own. However, the disabling of accounts are failing due to unknown issues. I went to check the account activity and it seems the error is as follows:

Error says it is due to Null pointer exception, which source it is failing ?
Is it only one source or all the sources ?
Do you have any Rules on this Source relevant to disable operation ?
All the sources are failing. We are disabling three accounts, as configured in the LCS, including AD and EPIC connectors.
We disable the accounts by adding the sources in the provisioning configuration (Lifecycle state).
It was working fine previously, but not sure what trigger this error to happen.
The issue is solved. It was due to the error with disabling the EPIC connector and thus causing the entire failure.
