Do you know if it is possible to deploy rules in the partner environment? I mean, without consuming expert services etc.
You can deploy connector rules on your own without contacting expert services. However, when it comes to cloud rules, you need to seek help from SailPoint’s expert services.

I would like opinions from people who have a partner tenant. I don’t know if by having a partner tenant we can upload cloud rules without needing expert services hours.

SailPoint team confirmed that cloud rules can be deployed only by SailPoint expert services team for any tenant when I asked the same doubt for demo tenant.

As of now, no ES hours has been assigned for demo tenants. If you have ES hours for partner tenants, then yes, hours will be consumed.

I am using partner tenant in my opinion we cant execute the cloud rule because of some reason.
*Cloud rules are optimized to run within the SailPoint environment, ensuring they do not consume excessive resources. Running these rules in a partner tenant could lead to performance issues.
*The cloud environment is designed to scale based on the needs of each tenant. Cross-tenant execution could disrupt this balance.
